Leisure World is now at Leisure World Highwoods (previously Highwoods Sports Centre), Leisure World Tiptree (previously Tiptree Sports Centre) Leisure World Tennis Centre (previously Colchester Tennis Centre)  - as well as at Cowdray Avenue in Colchester with its iconic flumes.

Across the four sites there are hundreds of activities on offer throughout the year for people of all ages and abilities. Whether training in the gym, learning a new skill, swimming, enjoying work-out classes or keeping busy with fun events in the school holidays - Leisure World offers fun, fitness and first-class facilities.

Leisure World is committed to providing a dedicated and inclusive service to customers of all ages and differing needs. You'll find that throughout the year there are often special offers to help you develop life skills, such as special promotions on swimming lessons. There are always courses to enjoy too whether you want to learn the fundamentals of Pilates or perhaps perfect your tennis swing.

The school holidays need never result in cries of boredom either, as across all of Leisure World's sites there is a dedicated programme of activities for young people to enjoy. Whatever the time of year there will be plenty on offer, whether dodgeball in the autumn, crafts at Christmas, mini golf at Easter or street dance in the summer - the options are endless.

For all four of the sites there are options to enjoy the facilities on a casual basis where you can pay as you go, or on a more permanent basis as a member.
