Activa at Leisure World Colchester has the latest in cardiovascular and resistance gym equipment. With air conditioning and television screens Activa offers you comfortable surroundings in order for you to get the most out of your fitness regime.
Our team of friendly and experienced staff are there to offer you encouragement and support in order for you to get the best out of your use of Activa.
All new customers to Activa or those who have not used the facilities for 12 months or more are required to undergo the compulsory Kickstart programme in order to use the facility. You will receive full instruction on safe and correct techniques to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your workout.All Activa gym users must complete a induction (Kickstart Programme) before using our equipment.
