50+ Tone and Stretch

This class is designed to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.

Suitable for all.

50+ Exercise to Music

This class is an aerobic workout designed specifically for the mature active adult. It will improve cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and co-ordination for regular users.

Suitable for all.

50+ Strength and Stretch

A slow moving class to work inner strength, as well as that of the back and abdominals. It also mobilises and stretches throughout the body.

Adult Street Dance Workout

Street Dance is not just for kids, come along and learn street dance routines whilst getting a good workout. All levels welcome. Let yourself go.

Aerotone

Take two effective workouts and make one class. 50% aerobics and 50% toning for an all round effect.

A challenging workout.

Aquabump

A great form of exercise during pregnancy. Working on general fitness and gentle toning. If you're feeling heavy and tired come along and feel the benefits of exercising in water.

Ball Blast

A whole body workout using a fit ball, excellent for improving core strength.

Suitable for all.

Body Blast

A challenging workout using the Step, Dumbbells and Body Weight exercises - helping to increase cardio fitness and overall strength and tone.

Bokwa

An intense cardio workout combined with South African dance, Capoeira and kickboxing using numbers and letters.

Bootcamp

Designed to improve your muscular strength, endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness.

Suitable for regular exercisers.

Deep Water Workout

A water workout using buoyancy belts and aquatic mitts, designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance.

Flow Yoga

A dynamic form of yoga which synchronises your body's movements with your breathing.  The postures flow smoothly together to provide a challenging workout which increases strength and flexibility.

Funky Step

A challenging cardio workout using funky dance step moves

Gentle Shallow Water Workout

A low intensity water workout class designed to improve general mobility and cardiovascular fitness.

Legs, Tums & Bums

A popular class that tones and shapes the legs, tums and bum. Consisting of free standing exercises and floor work.

Line Dancing

A fun packed dance class with Di Warden. Join in when you want and progress at your own speed.

Nike Total Body Conditioning

The ultimate fitness workout! Using steps and hand weights, mixed with body conditioning to give an effective, efficient and diverse workout.

Suitable for all.

Pilates

The perfect mind and body workout which strengthens, tones and conditions your body from within. Pilates targets the abdominals, back and core muscles. It aims to re-educate the body with a focus on symmetry, strength, flexibility and balance.

Pilates course needs to have been completed.  Contact Reception.

Mixed level: Suitable for a range of levels after completion of a Pilates course.

Intermediate: For those who have been participating in Pilates for some time and are ready for an increased challenge.

Spinball

The ultimate cross-training workout. It combines 30 minutes core stability training using Fitballs followed by 30 minutes cardiovascular cycle exercise.

Spinning

This cycle based class improves cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance.

Stomp

A challenging cardio workout using advanced step moves followed by resistance training with dumbbells and bodyweight.

Yoga

Relax and take time out for your body! Classes include posture and relaxation techniques as well as loosening, limbering and breathing exercises.

Yoga Fitness

A controlled flexibility and strength programme that tones as well as releases tight muscles, to correct postural imbalances, invigorating the body and calming the mind.

Zumba

The ultra hip cardio workout performed to hyper Latin and international tunes. A fun class, with easy to follow moves.
