Beginners
Held in the warm seclusion of the Teaching Pool, these lessons will soon get you in the swim!
Lessons last one hour. £6.80 per lesson
Improvers
Held in the Fitness Pool, these lessons are designed to develop strokes for those who can swim and to teach new ones. Other water skills are also taught. £6.80 per lesson
Advanced
For adults who wish to get the most from their swimming, you will have the opportunity to learn stroke technique and competitive drills and training methods. £6.80 per lesson
One to One or One to Two Lessons
Individual tuition is available from qualified coaches. Half and full hour sessions for those who want an intensive course or who need an instructor in the water to boost confidence. £19 for half an hour, £29 for 1 hour for one to one lessons, £23 for half an hour, £33 for 1 hour.
