Health Walk Groups
Walking in a group is a great way to start exercising and stay motivated. You'll meet new people and discover other places to walk in Colchester.
All the walks are led by trained walk leaders. They're completely FREE and are designed to accommodate everyone that including complete beginners. Walks range from half a mile to two miles.

Salary Brook | Thursday | 10.00am | Car Park behind Greenstead Community Centre | Take a relaxing walk around this picturesque setting in the company of some like-minded people. Ideally suited for people living in East Colchester. |
Hilly Fields | Thursday | 2.00pm | By entrance in Sussex Road | Situated close to the centre of Colchester, Hilly Fields offers an interesting mix of woodland, undulating paths and fantastic views |
High Woods Country Park | Friday and Sunday | 11.00am | At the HIgh Woods Visitor Centre off Turner Road | These health walks take place through scenic woodland, with glimpses of the lake and surrounding parkland.
