BODYBALANCE™A Yoga, T'ai Chi and Pilates inspired workout.Suitable for all.
BODYCOMBAT™Martial Arts inspired class drawing from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.High Intensity.
BODYPUMP™Weights class that builds strength and tones your bodyModerate to High Intensity.
Circuit TrainingCircuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics  It targets strength building, muscular endurance and toning. Circuit  consists of 10-15 different exercise stations, when one circuit station is complete then move onto the next oneSuitable for all.
Dance & CoreThis fusion class delivers a cardiovascular workout with easy to follow dance moves combined with core exercises.Suitable for all.
Exercise to MusicThis class is an aerobic workout designed specifically for the mature active adult. It will improve cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and co-ordination for regular users.Suitable for all.

Flow Yoga

A dynamic form of yoga which synchronises your body's movements with your breathing.  The postures flow smoothly together to provide a challenging workout which increases strength and flexibility.

HITTHigh Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is a form of interval training, alternating short periods of intense burst exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Benefits are, increases your metabolism (burn calories), quick and efficient, improves cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.Moderate to High Intensity
KettlebellA total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina and total body strength.Moderate to High Intensity.
Legs, Tums & BumsA popular class that tones and shapes the legs, tums and bum. Consisting of free standing exercises and floor work.Suitable for all.
Line DancingA fun packed dance class with Di Warden. Join in when you want and progress at your own speed.Suitable for all.

The perfect mind and body workout which strengthens, tones and conditions your body from within. Pilates targets the abdominals, back and core muscles. It aims to re-educate the body with a focus on symmetry, strength, flexibility and balance.

Pilates course needs to have been completed.  Contact Reception.

Mixed level: Suitable for a range of levels after completion of a Pilates course.

Intermediate: For those who have been participating in Pilates for some time and are ready for an increased challenge.

Pure Stretch

Designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a sequence of stretches whilst focusing on the core muscles for stabilitySuitable for all.
Schwinn Indoor CyclingThis cycle based class improves cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance.Suitable for all.
SpinballThe ultimate cross-training workout. It combines 30 minutes core stability training using Fitballs followed by 30 minutes cardiovascular cycle exercise.Suitable for all.
Street DancersizeWorkout and feel the burn whilst learning technique and street dance styles.  This is an open class welcome to all abilities.Suitable for all.

Strength and Stretch

A slow moving class to work inner strength, as well as that of the back and abdominals. It also mobilises and stretches throughout the body.

Total Body Conditioning

The ultimate fitness workout! Using steps and hand weights, mixed with body conditioning to give an effective, efficient and diverse workout.

Twisted Fitness in association with

Triathlon Club

Twisted Fitness sessions are a mix of bodyweight, functional, cardio and isolation exercises designed to change your body composition. It's the most efficient way to train, combining PHA (Peripheral Heart Action), cardio and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) building fitness and strength. A whole body workout with exercises adapted according to the individual. Be prepared to work hard and have fun!

High Intensity.


Relax and take time out for your body! Classes include posture and relaxation techniques as well as loosening, limbering and breathing exercises.

Suitable for all.


The ultra hip cardio workout performed to hyper Latin and international tunes. A fun class, with easy to follow moves.

Terms and Conditions


Group Fitness Class Terms and Conditions

Booking is advisable for all our classes.

Please ensure you arrive in time to complete the warm up section. The instructor may refuse admission to participants who arrive after this section is completed.

To allow for changeovers, classes may terminate a few minutes before the published time.

Participants must be 16 years old and over (except Zumba, Street Dancercise, Circuits, Line Dancing and all Water Aerobic classes which are suitable for 14 years plus)

Children are not permitted to spectate workout classes.

Please note that all classes are subject to change.

Please read the pre activity questionnaire displayed around the building before participating in the classes.

All group fitness classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, but they may vary in complexity. Participants are invited to work at their own level with low-impact alternatives which are incorporated into most of our classes.

Correct footwear (trainers) and appropriate clothing must be worn.

Please bring a towel to each session.

To prevent dehydration we recommend that you bring water to each session.
