Colchester Leisure World and its clients use information supplied by its clients and collected from its registered customers and visitors to one of Colchester Leisure World's web sites to enhance the services we offer to you, (or the services your organisation provides to you), and to improve your online experience. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy sets out details of the personal information we collect about you and the ways in which we may use that information.

Use of Information

If you are a Colchester Leisure World, (or one of our clients) registered user, we may use the personal information for the purposes of:

(a) collecting payment from you.
(b) verifying that you are an authorised user if you call our helpdesk or email us (for reasons of security, you will be asked for some of the details you provided during the registration process).
(c) informing you of:
• any service related changes affecting your use of Colchester Leisure World and its websites and

The information will be stored in a secure environment, used only in a manner approved by the client, and returned to the client whenever requested.
